Questions we get asked
Can we put everyone's names from the trip on it?
A short list works best, because the more text there is, the smaller it has to be engraved. The engraving box takes up to 80 characters. If we think it'll look cramped, we'll email you before we engrave.
Can I send it straight to them?
Yes. Put their address as the delivery address at checkout. The 'With Love' gift tag arrives blank for writing on, so if you're sending it direct, put your message in the engraving or add a note to your order.
How does the board + spoon offer work?
Pick your board and a spoon on this page and add them as a set. 15% comes off both, and the code is applied for you at checkout. Each piece gets its own engraving, so you can put names on the board and a date on the spoon (or the other way round).
How long does delivery take?
Every item is made to order in our Hampshire workshop. We engrave and dispatch within 2 to 3 working days, then Royal Mail or Evri deliver. Allow 7 to 10 days in the UK to be safe, and add 3 to 5 days for international orders.
Which side do I chop on?
The plain side. The engraving is on the front, so chop on the back and turn it over to serve or display. That keeps the design sharp for years.
