Refund Policy

This is what it comes down to - We promise to take good care of you and do what we feel is the right thing. We know that we wouldn't be here without amazing customers such as you & we will do everything we can to make sure you are happy. If that means choosing to bend our own policies in certain situations then we will.

Returns
We take pride in offering high quality products. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. The item needs to be unused in the original condition and in the original packaging. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipment.

Customised items
Unfortunately We can't refund Personalised items as once these have been personalised they can't be re-used. Only in exceptional circumstances will a refund be considered ie if a mistake has been made by ourselves on the personalisation.

Please ensure all spelling is checked before sending. All text, wording and abbreviations will be copied directly from the information that we receive...Please make sure it's right when you send it to us as we will not be able to provide a refund for errors sent to us.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
